Welcome to The 8 Week Busy Program, we are so excited to be taking you on the amazing transformation and journey.

It’s IMPORTANT that you do everything you can to take advantage of training both in the kitchen and the gym, that you receive as part of the program.

We need you to follow ALL instructions carefully to get the best results, if you have ANY questions at all, don’t hesitate to ask. We are here to support you on your health & fitness journey.

1. Nutrition & Supplements
Read through all the nutrition and supplement protocols plus watch the videos. Print off the meal plan and get prepped.

2. Training Program
Each week will be delivered on the membership website by pdf & video. You can print off the training program and take it to the gym or familiarise yourself with before you go. There is also a library of exercises on the site, so make sure you are confident understanding the form & safety first.

3. Music
Make sure the HIIT Music is downloaded onto you iphone or MP3 device. Full instructions are on the Music page under Start Here.

4. Mindset
Make sure you complete the Mindset Management Task and are clear on your goals. These must be revisited daily if not weekly.

5. Measurements
Before the program has started please send your Measurements to your trainer, email can be found on the facebook page – Also the “How to Measure Form” is on you Week 1 Page.

6. Facebook Group
The FB Group is to be used DAILY. Whether it’s a photo of your food, gym selfie, motivational quote, sharing a new recipe, just saying hi!! We need your input daily = *Compulsory*
From here your coach will be in contact with you, making sure that you are all prepared.

Please make sure you have also join the Facebook group, you would have been sent an email with the FB Link and start using it daily.
